After all its a drama not a documentary! Important advice about some of the things many of us take for granted in this country. For example, I doubt many people in the U.K. truly consider the consequences of being without "adequate" toilet facilities for any length of time. It would be great if the programme's producers would choose to feature this stuff in the programme in order to bring the facts you have written about to wider public attention. Mind you, I can imagine TV execs not wanting to upset too many of their viewers "sensitivities" by highlighting some this stuff. "Best-not-let-reality-get-in-the-way-of-entertainment" kind of philosophy. This is a missed opportunity by the BBC of reminding us of our environmental and social responsibilities.
